Use

In this activity, you can define message categories for specific users for some system messages in Fashion Procurement. You can control which of the following categories of message is issued for the user:

  • Information
  • Warning
  • Error message
  • No message

Since not every setting is relevant for every message, the system provides the following default settings:

  • The messages for which you can change the message category
  • The categories permissible for a message
  • The changeable messages and their categories are proposed in the table "Control of Messages by User".

To define a category of message for a user that differs from the category delivered in the standard system, enter the message, the user and the category in the table.

To define a category of message for all users that differs from the category delivered in the standard system, enter the message and the category in the table and leave the User column empty.
