Use

In this step you maintain the interface for an external application that is identified by a Request ID in the form of header data, characteristics and key figures.

• Header data The header information is made up of the basis information of the planning scenario, from which the plan data is requested.
• Planning scenario, Planning step
• Plan version or Active Plan Version flag
• RFC Destination
• Characteristics The planning characteristics come from the planning step in the header information. Note that you must assign all the characteristics from the planning step to an external characteristic. These not only include the planning levels used, but also the storage periodicity and the units of the planning key figures assigned.
• Key figures The planning key figures come from the planning step in the header information. The units of key figures must be assigned in the characteristics. The interface is only defined correctly if at least one planning key figure is assigned to an external key figure.
