In this IMG activity, you specify for each role of the waste management business partners which views are available to you for master data entry and which of the views available as standard should be hidden.
In the IMG section Field Grouping you can then specify which fields in the available views take which form:
- Required entry
- Optional entry
- Displayed
- Hidden
Example
Your enterprise does not want to record details of an audit for a role. In this case you can hide the view WAA100 (Audit) for a role.
