When being transported, certain wastes are subject to dangerous goods laws. The appropriate dangerous goods data for this waste can be output on disposal documents.

In this IMG activity you check and extend the settings in Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management so that you can output dangerous goods data on disposal documents.

Recommendation

If different areas are responsible for Waste Management and Dangerous Goods Management in your enterprise, they should coordinate their activities when setting up Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management and when entering dangerous goods data.

Dangerous goods data is stored in the system in the dangerous goods master of the material that corresponds with the waste. You must have entered the dangerous goods data for all relevant dangerous goods regulations in the dangerous goods master for each waste for which you want to output dangerous goods data on disposal documents. The dangerous goods data for the dangerous goods regulations that you specified for the disposal document is output when you print (generate) the disposal document.

For the dangerous goods regulation for the main leg, in the disposal document, the system proposes the dangerous goods regulation that you specified for the waste approval that was assigned to the disposal document.
