Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the functions that you can execute in disposal processing in the Waste Management component. In disposal processing, you can perform the functions for selected entry documents by choosing the function in the function list or application toolbar.
Note:
You specify the functions here. In the Specify Document Categories IMG activity you can then specifically assign the functions that are available for entry documents of a particular document category in the function list or application toolbar, to the document categories. In order for the functions to be available at all, you must also set the following indicators for the document category in the Specify Document Categories IMG activity:
- A function is only available to a user if the user has authorization for this function (see Specify Authorizations)
- Also note the following for the functions of the application toolbar:
- You can also find the first nine functions under Edit in the menu
- The system displays up to a maximum of six functions per document category in the application toolbar
For each function, you can control further processing in disposal processing and the appearance of the function list and application toolbar by entering the following data:
- You can specify texts that are displayed for the function and in the quick info. You have to specify a function text for the functions in the function list.
- You can specify an icon. This is displayed on the pushbutton in the application toolbar and you execute the function in the function list using the specified icon. If you have specified a text and an icon for a function in the application toolbar, both are displayed on the pushbutton.
- You can specify a function module that is executed when the function is chosen
- You can specify a transaction code or report that is transferred to the function module
Note:
The following function modules are supplied with the standard system:
- The function module EHSWA_160_CALL_TC_REPORT calls the specified transaction or report.
- The function module EHSWA_160_CALL_TC_REPORT_S processes a selected entry document.
- The system skips the first screen of the transaction called or the selection screen of the report called.
For more information, see the documentation for the function modules.
- You can specify a task that is executed in SAP Business Workflow. In order for this task to be executed, you must specify a function module that triggers the start event and specifies the necessary start parameters required for executing the task.
- You can specify a business transaction. By assigning this business transaction to the appropriate user status in the IMG activity Check, Extend, Set Status Profiles, you can specify the following:
- You can specify the status an entry document must have so that you can execute the function for the entry document
- You can specify the status the system sets for an entry document when you execute the function for the entry document
For more information, see the IMG activity named above.
Note:
The following standard functions do not support the assignment of a business transaction (in other words, a business transaction that has been assigned does not have any effect):
- All functions that use the function module EHSWA_160_CALL_TC_REPORT, for example, the function Create Purchase Order Manually
- All functions that use the function module EHSWA_160_CALL_TC_REPORT_S, for example, the Stock Overview function
- The Assign Partner function that uses the function module EHSWA_142_ENTAM_BUS_PARTNER1
- You can also specify whether the function is active for functions in the function list, in other words whether the function is available in disposal processing.
