In this step you define allocation table types.
The allocation table type establishes the following parameters for an allocation table:

  • The number range interval, internal
  • The number range interval, external
  • The item interval
  • Other default data such as
    • the item category
    • the notification category
    • the external format of the period
    • any allocation strategy
    • the schema for message determination
    • the application for message determination
    • the check schema
    • whether navigation is single or double lined

The allocation table type results in default data being proposed by the system for the following in an allocation table:

  • Rounding off
  • How remaining stock is split
  • Listing.

Requirements

Your system is configured as an SAP Retail System.

You must have maintained parameters for the item category, the notification category, the schema, the application and the number range interval.

Standard settings

The following settings are made as standard:
