In this step, you create market-basket pricing types.
The market-basket pricing type contains a number of parameters for market-basket price calculations.
You must enter a market-basket pricing type when you create a market-basket price calculation.
The market-basket pricing type determines the following:
- which purchase and sales price determination sequences are to be used for the sales price calculation,
- which function module is to be used for determining the sales quantity, and
- which number ranges are valid for the identification key for market-basket pricing documents.

The entry "0001 SAP Standard" is supplied as an example.
