In this step, you define how sales price calculations are controlled.

You must define the following:

  1. Control per sales price calculation schema and list field
  2. Assignment of condition tables for data backup

Sales price determination in the sales price calculation function is performed using the sales price calculation schema that is entered in the pricing type.
In "Data transport from pricing schema to list field", you define how specific price determination data from the sales price calculation schema is copied to certain list fields in the pricing table.
Here, you can enter a condition type or a subtotal from the calculation schema, the value of which is then copied.
If the condition type and subtotal are entered at the same time, data transport via the condition type has priority.

The EKPNN "purchase price net/net" list field regulates how the purchase price determined in purchase price determination is transported to the sales price calculation schema.
An entry for data transport for the sales price calculation must be made for the EKPNN and AUFSA "Absolute markup" list fields. Depending on the use, an entry must also be made for the list fields VKPNE "Sales price (net)" (pricing for wholesale and distribution centers), VKPBR "Sales price (gross)" (pricing for stores) and/or EVPRS "Consumer price" (calculating consumer prices) to ensure that the appropriate calculation is performed in each case.
For certain list fields, such as ENDPR "Final price" or margins, such as SPANE "Margin (net)", which are filled using program logic, the fields for data transport are not ready for input.

The way in which values for list fields are saved is controlled via "Saving list fields in master conditions" by entering the condition type together with the application. For condition types, the system differentiates between standard sales price calculations and calculations within a retail promotion.

You must make an entry for saving for the ENDPR list field and the sales price calculation schemas used.

When assigning pricing tables, the pricing tables in which data should be stored are defined for the condition types maintained in "Control per Sales Price Calculation Schema and List Field".
This assignment is performed separately for the three pricing levels distribution chain, distribution chain/plant and distribution chain/ price list.

Requirements

You must be authorized to use the sales price calculation function.

Standard settings

Control data for sales price calculation schemas WWS001 and WWS002 is supplied in the standard system.

Recommendation

Activities

Make the desired assignments for each of the sales price calculation schemas you use.

Further notes

You should not assign any condition type more than once within a sales price calculation schema.

Standard sales prices and promotion sales prices cannot be posted to the same condition type.
