The annual season defines the exact period of validity of a season for a year, differentiated according to distribution chain if required.
Seasonal goods are always assigned to one season.

Further notes
The period of validity for a season is taken as a default value from the check table and can be overwritten. You can define different periods of validity for the same annual season at distribution chain level.
Since seasonal merchandise is often only ordered once, you can define a "can be ordered to" date (document date) per annual season and assign this to the seasonal merchandise.
The season wind-up indicator is set automatically when the season is wound up and all the necessary activities have been completed.
