Use
In this IMG activity, you make the system settings that define the permitted reference document categories for the business processes (subfunctions) Goods Receipt, Reversal of Goods Receipt, Return Delivery and PDC Processing in the Goods Movement application in the SAP Retail Store. The reference document categories entered here are displayed on the entry screen of the subfunctions in a dropdown list when the input help for the Reference Document Identification field is displayed.
In the first substep, you create grouping schemas that group certain reference document categories. When making these assignments, also enter the business processes (subfunctions) for which the reference document category is valid. This establishes a relationship between the subfunctions and the reference document categories. In the second substep, you assign the grouping schemas to the plants in your company so that the groupings take effect when the application is used in the plant concerned.
To simplify the assignment to plants, one grouping schema is defined as the standard, which is then called automatically for any plants that have not been assigned a grouping schema.

Activities
Proceed as follows in this step:
- Define one or more grouping schema(s) depending on whether the requirements of the business process are the same or different in your plants.
Assign the required reference document categories to each grouping schema. For each reference document category, select the business processes (subfunctions) for which it is allowed. Note, that there is no difference whether you do or do not assign a reference document category if you do not a subfunction. It therefore only makes sense to assign the reference document categories that are permitted for at least one subfunction.
- Flag a grouping schema as standard on the overview screen of the grouping schemas.
You must set this flag even if you only use one grouping schema.
- Assign the grouping schemas to your plants.
You do not need to make an entry for plants that are to use the standard grouping schema.
