Use
In this IMG activity, you determine the cost centers for the plants in your company that are permitted when posting account assignment items in goods receipt and cost and credit memo items in incoming invoices for G/L account posting in accounting.
Requirements
The required cost centers must already have been created in the system in master data maintenance of Controlling
Standard settings
Activities
You can use transaction WSRS_PLANT_COSTC to assign cost centers. Alternatively, you can call assignment maintenance from the area menu for the Retail Store administration (you can find the area menu in the SAP Easy Access Menu under Retailing -> Distributed Retailing). If you need to use this transaction frequently, for example, for the successive going live of plants, we recommend that you integrate this transaction in the maintenance of plant master data. You could add transaction WSRS_PLANT_COSTC to your favorites in the SAP Easy Access Menu; you could also link it into a suitable customer-specific area menu (cf. transaction SE43).
