Use
In this IMG activity, you can enter reason codes for deviations between paid amounts and posted amounts. The system then groups the reasons into groups for reasons.
In Customizing for an account grouping, you define whether a reason must be entered for an account line or a subgrouping of accounts.
You allocate a group of reason codes to the account grouping. The reasons grouped in that group are displayed in the input help for the reason field in that acocunt grouping.
The reason text is copied to the text field of the FI posting line.

You can create a special group of reason codes, such as 'remaining cash in safe', 'missing bank payment', and so on, for a bank payment account grouping.
