Use
In this step, you can set up the functions of the Retail Ledger.
The Retail Ledger is based on the functions of the component FI-SL (Special Ledger). Using this switch, the component FI-SL decides whether the Retail Ledger is taken into consideration when setting up the business applications. As the switch is not set in the standard delivery, you have to set the switch if you want to use the Retail Ledger. Setting the switch means that the entire FI-SL component, including the Retail Ledger, is set up again.

Save your changes.
You cannot switch off a component of SAP R/3 that has already been activated, since switching off functions that have already been used productively can lead to data inconsistencies.
