In this step, you assign layout sets and programs to the group messages. Layout sets control the layout and the contents of the output documents, and programs control how the messages are processed.
To assign layout sets and programs you must make the following entries:
- Program
Key which identifies the program that controls the processing of the group message - FORM routine
Key which identifies the routine to be called in the processing program - Layout set
Key of the layout set that is to be assigned to the group message and the respective transmission medium
The group messages defined before are then proposed for the allowed group message types for assignment to the layout sets.

Requirements
Your system is configured as an SAP Retail System.
You can only specify programs, FORM routines and layout sets that already exist. You cannot change programs and FORM routines using Customizing.
Activities
Make your assignments for each group message and its relevant transmission medium.
