Use
You use this BAdI as a placeholder for the extraction logic of the SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Search business object WSD_CAT, which is used in the Catalog Search function.
This BAdI uses the interface IF_BADI_ESH_IF_OBJECT_DATA.
Requirements
You must set the Search Engine setting to SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Search in Customizing by choosing Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Additional Functions for Material -> Configure and Activate Enhanced Search with Creation.

Example
