Use

You use this BAdI to modify the search criteria or the field attributes in the Simplified Material Creation function which is called by the Enhanced Material Search function. When the screens are dynamically generated, the BAdI is called before the generation is started.

This BAdI uses the interface IF_BADI_WSD_SCREEN_GENERATION.

Requirements

Standard settings

There is no active BAdI implementation in the standard system. If the BAdI is not implemented, the system does not display an error message to the user.

The BAdI definition is filter-dependent and is designed for single use. It uses the PROGRAM_NAME filter. The program name is the calling program (search or creation).

Activities

Enter the following fiter criteria:

• SAPLWSD_MATERIAL_SEARCH modifies the search attributes of the Enhanced Material Search function.
• SAPLWSD_MATERIAL_CREATE modifies the attributes of the Simplified Material Creation function which is called by the Enhanced Material Search function.
