Use
You use this BAdI in the Simplified Material Creation part of the Enhanced Material Search functionality to define an enhancement for the material structure to allow the user to add attributes for future needs.
Note that this BAdI is only valid for standard material and cannot be used for retail articles.
This BAdI uses the interface IF_BADI_WSD_MATERIAL_STRUCTURE.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, when no BAdI is implemented, no BAdI is activated and there is no default code executed to enhance the material structure. The BAdI is filter independent, and only one implementation is supported by material creation.
