Use
You use this BAdI to allow customer-specific data enhancements for search results. For example, you can use it to enrich the search results with additional information from material master data before the search results are displayed in the Enhanced Material Search function. The BAdI is called when a user performs either a material search or a catalog search.
This BAdI uses the interface IF_BADI_WSD_MATERIAL_SEARCH.
Requirements
Standard settings
There is no active BAdI implementation in the standard system. If the BAdI is not implemented, the system does not display an error message. The BAdI definition is not filter-dependent and is designed for single use.
