Use
You must assign a field from a structure or a database table (mapping) from SAP ECC to all info objects of the budget level that were transferred from SAP BI using the budget types. The fields are required for the generation of database tables for the budget applications (such as planned budget values and actual budget values).
For a selection of the info objects delivered in the SAP standard system, mapping is executed automatically for the transfer from SAP BI (with corresponding fields of the structure WRF_BUDG_KEY_FIELDS_STY). For some of these info objects with a defined semantic (levels of the article hierarchy, levels of the material group hierarchy, time characteristics), it is not possible to change the mapping. For info objects without automatic assignment, you must enhance the mapping manually.
For the info objects with automatic mapping, the determination of the field values also takes place automatically in budget determination in the applications. For info objects without automatic mapping, you must control field value determination using the Business Add-In WRF_BUDG_X_KEY_E.
Requirements
You must transfer the budget type from SAP BI.
If you use info objects without automatic mapping in budget determination in SAP BI, you must create an active implementation of the Business Add-Ins WRF_BUDG_X_KEY_E.
Standard settings
Activities
Check the transferred data and the automatic mapping.
Enhance the mapping for those info objects for which automatic assignment could not take place by entering a reference table or structure and a reference field of this table or structure. For some info objects with automatic mapping, you can still change the reference table and reference field.
For info objects without automatic mapping and for changes to automatic mapping, you must enter the name of an implementation of the Business Add-In WRF_BUDG_X_KEY_E.
