Use

In this activity, you determine which condition information a sales employee gets on the Web user interface for the selected work area (work list type).

  • The system determines the key combinations on the basis of this selection and other system settings (such as access sequences).
  • The system determines the selection criteria from the union of the fields from the key combinations.
    Sales employees can further limit the content of the list to suit their current task by entering the required values for individual selection criteria, such as customer A261057.

Requirements

You have made the basic settings for the worklist in the Implementation Guide (IMG) under Sales and Distribution -> Portal Role "Internal Sales Representative" -> Personal Worklist (POWL for SAP ERP 2005).

Standard settings

The main worklist types for the sales employees' work areas are predefined. For more information, see Overview of the Configuration Process.

Activities

Choose a work area (work list type) and check the existing condition fields. If you want to take a specific condition field into account as a selection criterion (inclusively or exclusively), you must make an entry for the field.

  • If the condition field must be contained in the key combination, flag the field as mandatory.
  • If you want to reduce the quantity of key combinations determined, add these condition fields with the option Exclude.
  • If, in addition to the selected condition field, you also want the fields that use the samecheck table to be provided as a selection criterion, flag the grouping field for condition fields.
