Use
In this activity, you define the search strategy for the condition tables. This delimits the work areas of your sales employees, ensuring that they only get condition information for their specific work areas (worklist type).
Requirements
You have made the basic settings for the worklist type in the Implementation Guide under Sales and Distribution -> Portal Role "Internal Sales Representative" -> Personal Worklist (POWL for SAP ERP 2005).
Standard settings
The main worklist types for the sales employees' work areas are predefined. For more information, see Overview of the Configuration Process.
Activities
Choose a work area (worklist type).
- Enter a use.
All worklist types for the sales representative role are assigned to the application Sales and Distribution. - Restrict the condition type if necessary (optional).
On the basis of your selection, the system determines the key combinations for the condition tables for the required worklist type (such as use pricing, condition type price).
