In this IMG activity you define your document item texts for individual flow types. You make this setting for a given company code, application function and product type. The system displays the document item text in the Detailed Data in for the individual application functions, and also transfers the text to the FI document when you post the business operation. If you define several document item texts for a single application function, the system transfers the text nearest the top to the corresponding Detailed Data tab in the application.

Activities

  1. Specify the company code and choose Enter.
  2. To define a new document item text, choose New Entries.
  3. Specify the product type. The system inserts the text automatically.
  4. Choose an application function using the F4 possible entries function.
  5. Specify a flow type and a sequential number.
  6. Enter your document item text.
  7. Save your entries.
