In this IMG activity you define the various activity types. You use an activity type to set up a new activity.
Here you can enter a role category and a cardinality. If a role category has been assigned to an activity type, the loan officer for this activity type is managed as a partner, as previously. If no role category has been assigned to the activity type the loan officer is managed by way of the entries defined in Customizing. The cardinality determines whether several loan officers may be assigned to the activity type for one loan.
Standard settings
The following activity types are predefined and cannot be changed or deleted:
- P - Rollover
- N - New Business
The activity type Correspondence (K) is also predefined but you can change or delete it.
The role category TR0991 is always required for rollovers.

Choose New Entries to create a new activity type or modify the existing entries to meet your requirements
Further notes
A role category may only be used once. This means that you need to define a new role category for every new activity that requires a role category. For example, the role category TR0991 for the rollover officer can only be used for rollovers.
