Use

This business add-in (BAdI) is used in the Vehicle Management System (IS-A-VMS) component.

You can use this BAdI to change the parameters with which the component SAP Internet Pricing and Configuration (IPC) is called.

This BAdI has the following method:

  • CHANGE_SCE_PARAMETERS

    This method is run through directly before the IPC is called.

    The following data is available as importing parameters:

    • KMAT_IV: material/vehicle model that is to be configured
    • ACTION_IV: action during which the configuration is to take place
    • VLCDISPLALV_ACTION_IS: vehicle data that is configured
    • VLCACTDATA_IS: data that is required for executing the action, i.e. also data that is entered on the action screen

      You can change the following call parameters using this information:

    • DOCUMENT_CURRENCY_UNIT_CV
    • LOCAL_CURRENCY_UNIT_CV
    • LANGUAGE_CV
    • COUNTRY_CV
    • SALES_ORGANISATION_CV
    • DISTRIBUTION_CHANNEL_CV
    • SALES_QUANTITY_UNIT_CV
    • SALES_QUANTITY_VALUE_CV
    • DEPARTURE_COUNTRY_CV
    • PRICING_DATE_CV: date on which pricing should take place
    • PRICING_PROCEDURE_CV: pricing procedure that is to be used for pricing
    • KB_DATE_CV: date that serves as a base for the IPC for determining the knowledge base version with which the configuration takes place
    • CONTEXT_CT: name/value table that allows you to transfer additional scenario-dependent data to the IPC. On the side of the IPC this data has to be evaluated using Java customer exits. You can use this parameter, for example, to transfer your own fields that are required for pricing to the IPC.

  • CHANGE_KB_PARAMETERS

    You can use this method to change the parameters knowledge base object and runtime version of the knowledge base when you create a vehicle with the reference vehicle or sales document.

    • KMAT_IV: model
    • ACTION_IV: action that is being performed
    • VLCDISPLALV_ACTION_IS: vehicle or sales document data
    • VLCACTDATA_IS: data required to perform the action, i.e. also data that you enter on the action screen
    • KBS_IT: all knowledge base data for the current model
    • KB_NAME_CV: knowledge base object
    • KB_VERSION_CV: runtime version that is used in order to read the appropriate configuration characteristics and values and is then adopted as product configuration
