Use
This business add-in (BAdI) is used in the Vehicle Management System (IS-A-VMS) component.
With this BAdI you can read master warranties which are to be assigned to all vehicles for the action. The criteria according to which the master warranty is to be located must be implemented in the BAdI. An inbound and outbound master warranty can also be entered.
The BAdI has method WARRANTY_GET with the following parameters:
- VLCDIAVEHI: All vehicle data
- VLCACTDATA: Action data. In the VLCACTDATA you can return the located master guarantees to the action.
In the standard, the master guarantee is transferred which was entered in the interface of the action. If the BAdI is implemented the data entered in the interface is overwritten. To prevent this you can assign another action screen on which there are no input fields (see Customizing for actions).

Example
You can implement, for example, that certain vehicle models (differentiated in VMS by means of the material) get a certain master guarantee. This assignment can be defined in a table; the record must then be read with the corresponding material in the BAdI.
