You can create a status selection profile in order to limit the selection in a particular report. In the IP browser the selection profile can be used to filter on the parts in conjunction with the other filter criteria. The report then displays only the parts with the given status in the selection profile.

In this menu option, you define selection profiles to specify status combinations for selecting parts.

The status can be a combination of User status or System status.
