Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the frequency for posting costs and installments to tax administration to control the posting of property tax-related costs and liabilities with the Post Property Tax program.
On the Posting Period Control screen, you enter a company code and a posting control key. The key identifies the (sequential) number of posting periods when the costs and the installments must be posted with the program. The periods of posting can differ depending on the municipality.
On the Periods screen, you define the posting type and the numbers of the posting periods in which the system must post the corresponding amounts.

Posting Period Control screen:

Explanation: 1-12 refers to the frequency of posting costs (see example below) and 2 refers to the posting of the payment in one installment.
Periods screen:
You want to post the costs on a monthly basis during the year. In this case, you enter Costs as the posting type in the Posting Type Control field in 12 rows and assign the sequential number of the 12 posting periods to them in the Posting Period field.
You need to pay and post the amount of property tax to the tax administrator of the municipality. In this case, you enter Liability to Tax Administrator as the posting type and you enter the sequential number of the posting period in which you want to post the payment.
