Use

This Customizing activity contains two subtasks:

  • Define Social Media Channel
  • Maintain Channel Search Attributes

In this Customizing activity, you define the social media channel. Each social media channel is assigned a unique identifier. This unique identifier makes it possible to search faster on the social media channel. Under the social media channel we define the possible search attributes for the social media channel. In social media data harvesting the result of the search for a search term can be controlled using the Search field in this Customizing activity.
