Use

In this process step, you define the layout for the quantity area in the order confirmation.

  • Define Layouts:

    Specify layout ID and description.

  • Assign Quantities/Error
    • Create an entry for each quantity that is to be available in the order confirmation as an entry field.
    • Determine a quantity description and item in which the entry is to be displayed in the order confirmation. Specify the code group, code and cause.
      • When you enter a code, the system creates a quality notification in accordance with the order. When you enter a cause, the system can set a user status in the order.
      Determine whether the entry and the corresponding Field are displayed in the standard system or not, and how the system is to process numbers of defects.

You assign a plant and ID to this layout in a subsequent step.
