Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the promotion types that are created as higher level promotions for each campaign type that can be replicated from SAP CRM to SAP Retail (SAP ERP).
Requirements
You have created the SAP Retail (SAP ERP) promotion types in the Customizing activity Promotion Type.
You have created the SAP CRM campaign types in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> Basic Data -> Define Types/Objectives/Tactics.
Standard settings
In the standard system, if you have not maintained this Customizing the replication of any SAP CRM campaign types will create Sales Promotions (0002) in SAP Retail (SAP ERP).
Activities
- Determine which campaign types to replicate from SAP CRM to SAP Retail (SAP ERP).
- Enable the MCF Scenario campaign specific attribute in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Marketing -> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management -> Basic Data -> Define Types/Objectives/Tactics.
