Use

In this Customizing activity, you list the key words you want to search for on the social media channel. Search term ID is a unique identifier of the term used to search for a post.

Activities

To define a search term, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the Search Term ID. This field is mandatory.
  2. Enter the Search Term Text. This field is mandatory
  3. Select the Language from the list. This field is not mandatory. You can select from the list of languages or leave it empty.

Example

To search for a word, such as SAP, enter the following values in the fields:

  • Search Term ID field: 0001
  • Search Term Text field: SAP
