Use

You use this Customizing activity, to configure consent type for the social post. The consent is configured based on social media group and country. Different countries have different policies for data privacy. Consent configuration helps to manage the social data for social media group and country according to the data privacy laws.

Requirements

The social media group should be defined in the Social Media Group Definition.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the social media group.
  3. Enter the country.
  4. Select the consent type. The consent type can be any of the following:

  • No Consent Request Required Store Anonymously
  • Consent Request required
  • Social Data Processor Decision
  • No Consent Request Required Store Complete User Information

  1. Enter the wait time. This indicates the maximum number of days to get the consent for the social data.
  2. Select the action to be perfomed on the social post. This field is enabled only for the consent type No Consent Request Required Store Anonymously and Social Data Processor Decision.
