Use
In this Customizing activity, you maintain the booking indicator for the various staff assignment object types.
Requirements
You have activated the business function, Commercial Project Inception and Lean Staffing 2 (PRS_ERP_CPILS_2).
Standard settings
Activities
You can maintain the following functions for both hard booked and soft booked staff assignment object types:
- Forecast relevant: Visibility in forecast application
- CATS relevant: Visibility in Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) along with the ability to record time in CATS
- Email relevant: Ability to send notifications via email
- Utilization relevant: Visibility in reporting
You can choose one of the following options for forecast relevant and CATS relevant hard booked and soft booked staff assignment object types:
- Default selected
- Default unselected
- Enforce selected
- Enforce unselected
You can choose to send email notifications as well as visibility in reporting for every staff assignment object type.
