Use
Based on the determination procedure and the number of days (evaluation date - value date), the weighting factor delivers the percentage by which the attributable amount is to be multiplied. Only those attributable amounts are taken into account here that relate to settlement risk and that are displayed in whole days. 100% is used for attributable amounts that result from determination procedures that do not have weighting factors.
Requirements
You need to have already defined the required determination procedures. You need to have entered formula '012' in the settings specific for determination procedures.
Standard settings
Activities
- Choose New Entries.
- Using the input help, choose the required determination procedure.
- Enter a value for the number of days from.
- Enter a value for the number of days to.
- Enter a percentage.
- Save your entries.
Example
For a transaction, only 10% of the attributable amount is to be attributed to the period of 5 to 10 days after the value date.
