Use
In this IMG activity, you can define harmonized dunning levels for each dunning procedure.
If you use different dunning procedures in Accounts Receivable Accounting, you may have to harmonize the dunning levels of the corresponding dunning procedures so that the dunning levels can be compared in Collections Management and can be used uniformly in basic rules.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
If necessary, harmonize the dunning levels of your dunning procedures.
Note that you only process the exceptions to the dunning procedures in this IMG activity. You do not have to make entries where the dunning level and harmonized dunning level agree.
Example
Dunning procedure 0001 has 3 dunning levels.
Dunning procedure 0002 has 4 dunning levels.
Dunning level 1 of dunning procedure 0001 corresponds, from a content view, to dunning level 2 of dunning procedure 0002.
Dunning level 2 of dunning procedure 0001 corresponds, from a content view, to dunning level 3 of dunning procedure 0002.
Dunning level 3 of dunning procedure 0001 corresponds, from a content view, to dunning level 4 of dunning procedure 0002.
You harmonize both dunning procedures with the following entries:
Dunning Procedure Dunning Level Harmonized Dunning Level
0001 1 2
0001 2 3
0001 3 4
