Use
In this Customizing activity, you assign G/L accounts to the assignment keys for accounting principles. You can define accounts for an individual company code or for a chart of accounts (if you leave the Company Code column empty).
Note
Alternatively, if you want to use a separate derivation logic because you have encoded the accounting principle in the last character of the account number (suffix), for example, you can use the BAdI FI_ACC_PRINC_ASSIGNMENT.
Requirements
You have defined the assignment keys and assigned accounting principles in the company codes in Customizing activity Define Assignment for Accounting Principles.

Example
In your chart of accounts, you use the first character as a prefix to differentiate between accounts for different accounting principles. In your chart of accounts, common accounts for all accounting principles start with the number 1, accounts for IFRS start with 2, and accounts for local accounting principles start with 3.
