In this IMG activity determine which correspondence activities are to be used for the different system transactions or ABAP programs.
If you want to be able to call up the correspondence function from other functions, such as rollover, you must assign the program and function code to the correspondence activity.
Example
If you choose Correspondence when you are in the Disburse Contract function, the system only displays the correspondence activities that are relevant for contract disbursement.
