Use
In this Customizing activity you can make settings for displaying the total commitment on the UI.
The settings are required if you want to call external applications in the portal via the corresponding UI. For navigation purposes, assign a CRM object type and a CRM method to the applications that are connected to the total commitment.
The applications connected to the UI are determined, along with the runtime data, using the CRM object type, the CRM method, and the role of the employee, and are displayed as hyperlinks in the contract number in the total commitment list. When you implement this, remember that when you call the contract you have to state the internal contract ID.
Requirements
- You have made all the settings for the total commitment in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Financial Services -> Basic Functions -> Total Commitment.
- You have assigned the employee roles to the applications connected to total commitment for the employees that process total commitment.
To do this, you have configured the following activities in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Layout of User Interface (People-Centric UI) -> Navigation (URL Generation):
- Define Object Type for Navigation
- Define Method for Navigation
- Method for Object Type (Navigation)
- Assign Object Method to Role
