In this activity you maintain the profile for the M/AM order overview component (ISMAM_ORDERLIST) for the application area in the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
Define a name, short and long text for the profile.
The following activities are possible for each profile:
- Record default values for selection
- Configure variant maintenance
- Set up the ad spec editor
- Update the overview of order changes automatically and control maintenance of display variants in the order list.
The M/AM order overview in a CIC profile is activated by including the ISMAM_ORDERLIST component with the profile you maintained in this step on a tab page in the application area. You do so in the Maintain Standard Settings for the Navigation and Application Areas activity.
Further notes
By double clicking on a list line in the item overview, you access the editing transaction JHA2N for the Advertising Management order.
If you want the double click to fast order editing to enable you to navigate within the CIC, you must enter "X" as a default setting in the ISM_CIC_MAMORDER_WS user parameter in your user data.
