Use

For you to be able to determine particular output data over more than one personnel assignment, the output data must be identical in its business function. In this activity, you check that the Customizing entries for the time types, message types, and attendance quotas that you potentially want to create over more than one personnel assignment agree.

The Customizing entries can have different key fields. The meaning of the content and the processing of the objects must, however, be the same.

  1. If required, check in the Check Time Data activity that the Customizing settings for the following key field are identical for all time types that you want to assign:
    • Personnel Subarea Grouping for Time Recording
  2. If required, check in the Check Attendance Quotas activity that the Customizing settings for the following key fields are identical for all attendance quotas that you want to assign:
    • Employee Subgroup Grouping for Time Quota Types
    • Personnel Subarea Grouping for Time Quota Types
  3. If required, check in the Check Messages activity that the Customizing settings for the following key fieldsare identical for all message types that you want to assign:
    • Personnel Subarea Grouping for Time Recording
    • Category of Message Type
