Use

In this activity, you can use the TIRUG feature to group your personnel assignments.

In it, you define the meaning of the grouping values for personnel assignments.

If the options provided by the feature are not sufficient for your requirements, you have to group your personnel assignments using the editor for grouping personnel assignments in the section of that name.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose the Define Return Values activity.
  2. Define the grouping values and give them an easily identifiable name.
  3. Choose the Maintain TIRUG activity.
  4. Group your personnel assignments and enter the grouping values you created as return values of the feature.

Example

  • To determine and valuate overtime, you want to group the personnel subareas for which the same regulations for processing overtime apply.
  • You want to group your company's part-time employees in one personnel assignment grouping for the accrual of absence quotas.
