Use
You use this Customizing activity to clean up the social metadata tables. The clean-up activity removes all references of deleted business objects from the social metadata tables.
Social metadata tables are the tables that have the tags, comments, and rating information for the business objects of an enterprise application.
Note: SAP recommends you to run this as a batch operation because it is an expensive operation with respect to system time and its resources.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
- If you want to clean-up the references to business object's details in the social metadata tables, choose Clean-up Tag Table.
- If you want to clean-up the comments from the social metadata tables, choose Clean-up Comment Table.
- If you want to clean-up the rating information from the social metadata tables, choose Clean-up Rating Table.
- If you want to clean-up all the above mentioned information from the social metadata tables, choose Clean-up All Tables.
- If you want to view the information that gets deleted due to the clean-up activity, choose Test-mode.
