Use

In this IMG activity, you can specify the number of simultaneously active processes. You need to restrict this number to avoid overloading the system while it processes mass changes, such as when it adjusts the payment schedule.

These processes handle all the contracts sent by the contract management system that are awaiting processing.

If you do not make an entry, the system generates a process for each call from the contract creation screen. To optimize system performance, you should provide between 30% and 80% of the available work processes for these processes.

You can view the number of work processes in transaction SM50.
