In this step you define role-dependent text IDs. These text IDs allow you to divide any notes you want to save in your business partner management system into categories, depending on the role of the business partner.
Example
You want to enter General Notes and Notes on Credit Standing for business partners you have assigned to the role of Treasury Partner.
To do this, define the following IDs:
0001 General Notes
0002 Notes on Credit Standing
Activities
- To create new IDs, choose 'Edit -> Create'. Enter an alphanumeric key and a name.
- Save your entries.
- You can make changes directly to existing IDs.
You assign the role-dependent text ID to the corresponding role in the next Customizing step.
