In this step you define general text IDs. The general text IDs determine the categories into which you can put notes relating to your business partners. These categories are independent of the business partner role.
Example
You want to divide general notes relating to your business partner into more specific categories, such as General Notes and Other Notes.To do this, define the IDs:
0001 General Notes
0002 Other Notes
Activities
- To create new IDs, choose Edit -> Create. Enter an alphanumeric key and a name.
- Save your entries.
- You can make changes directly to existing IDs.
