Use

In this Customizing activity, you can use the report program Text Analysis Index Generation for generating the index called INDEXVOICEOFCUST. The purpose of the report is to generate a SAP HANA text analysis of the type Full Text Index called INDEXVOICEOFCUST.

The full text index is created for the SOCIALPOSTTEXT column of the SOCIALDATA table with text analysis option EXTRACTION_CORE_VOICEOFCUSTOMER. The voice of the customer content includes a set of entity types and rules that address requirements for extracting customer sentiments, requests, and so on. You can use this content to retrieve specific information about your customers' needs and perceptions when processing and analyzing text. The option involves complex linguistic analysis and pattern matching that includes processing parts of speech, syntactic patterns, negation, and so on, to identify the patterns to be extracted.
