Use
In this Customizing activity, you can make settings in relation to filtering service requests.
The available transaction types are specified in application areas under your application.
Note: In the CRM text procedure definition, note types are defined as log types. If an API-read service request has a log filter on, only notes with your selected note types are returned.
This Customizing activity also stores all transaction types used in your application. When you filter service requests by transaction types, all those used in your application can be searched. Thus, even where you have changed the transaction type used for service request creation, all previously used transaction types can still be searched and returned.
If service requests with the same transaction type are created in the CRM Interaction Center, they are returned as well.
Requirements
You have defined the application and application area in Customizing, and you have implemented BAdI: Define RFC Destination.
