Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Shared Services Framework (CA-EPT-SSC) component.
During the creation of service requests, you can define default values for the service request attributes in the Determine Service Request Attributes from Application Context Customizing activity.
However, you may wish to fill attributes, business context, or notes of the service request in a more particular way, and based on your own logic. You can use this BAdI for a corresponding implementation. The existing default values from Customizing are overwritten if they are changed in this BAdI.
This BAdI is optional. It is also filter-dependent; you can create an implementation for each application.
Requirements
The interface of this BAdI is similar to the interface of Business Application Programming Interface BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI. More information can be found in the documentation of this function module (using transaction SE37 in the CRM system).
