Use
In this IMG activity, you define a selection of organizational objects that can be used for the process route. In the standard system, these settings are only evaluated for object type AC = rule. By implementing the method ORG_SEARCH_HELP from Business Add In SRM_WF_PATH_SEARCH, however, you can also evaluate these settings for other organizational object types, which then allows you to define customer-specific selections.

Activities
Make the following entries:
- Act.area = activity area
The activity area allows you to separate the process route groups for different applications. If you are using the process route within Records Management (circular), choose Circular (abbreviation "SRMDP"). If you are using the process route within Case Management (abbreviation "SCMG"), choose this entry.
- OT = organizational object type
This is a two-character abbreviation that defines the type of organizational unit that you want to select. You can only choose from object types that have been defined for the selected activity area in the Customizing activity "Define object types and assign activity types". If Business Add In SRM_WF_PATH_SEARCH has not been implemented, only object type "AC" should be entered, as only this object type will be evaluated.
- Org. object = organizational object
Here, enter the organizational object that you want to include in the processor selection in the processing route.
