Use

In this IMG activity, you specify which information is shown in the columns of a process route item. The information is taken from the fields of a table (such as agent type, activity, status...).

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system contains a field display that you can use.

Activities

Check whether the field display settings in the standard system meet your requirements.

If necessary, define your own field display settings. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Specify the application for which you want to define the field display.
    1. To define screen control for the process route of the case, specify the activity area SCMG.
    2. To define screen control for the process route of the circular, specify the activity area SRMDP.
  2. Enter a column ID.
    Note that each column must have a unique ID.
  3. Define the column headings.
  4. Define the field that you want to display in this column.
    You can use all fields of the tables SRMWFPTHPS and SRMWFPTHFIELDS.
    In the table SRMWFPTHFIELDS, you can use the include CI_SRMWFPTHFIELDS to add your own fields.
  5. Specify how you want the field to be formatted for the display.
    Example
    If you choose Organizational Management as the display for the field AGENT with the value 'USMOORE', then the field content is displayed as a short text from the user master data, as "Anna Moore".
    If you choose Organizational Type as the display for the field AGENT with the value 'USMOORE', then the field content is displayed as an SAP user with the appropriate icon.
  6. Enter the length of the field, and the location where you want it to be displayed.
